The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 太压抑了！充分论证了司法独立的重要性。欲加之罪，何患无辞，哪来什么民主审判，都是政治操纵，经济如此，司法也是如此，太悲哀了。虽然是历史，但又何尝不是现实呢？索金的剧本一如既往地稳，最后十分钟让人热血沸腾，精彩绝伦，荡气回肠！
叙事技巧高超，但内容还是脸谱化的政治正确。
“在这个国家，我们每四年都这么做”
最后歌曲响起很感动，虽然对那段历史不太了解，也看得出是美国一贯的电影风格，追求自由才是宪法精神。
都这个年代了，还在用这种方式洗脑呢。。全篇无聊至极，毫无触动，还是民主党老一套，内容零散，并没有一个完整的叙事。。其实也写不出完整的叙事。。因为这种斗争本来就是割裂的
这是一个历史的书笺，插在60年代的「The whole world is watching」，又体认美国当前的政治局势进行表达。虽然长达两个小时但富于技巧性的拍摄手法和节奏感甚佳的剧本却不会让人疲倦，注意力始终能集中在这个很密的法廷故事之中，而演员各自精彩的表演将电影焊接得更有凝聚感。索金是想把抗议与审判，以及每个人的背景都挤进去，所以有时会让人觉得很仓促。
也是上课看的，学生都不爱看。对于这段历史我也不了解，虽然有点感兴趣，有些点还是能看懂的，但是还是太晦涩了

也许是鄙人考过社科院的美国研究系，成绩不赖，花了功夫钻研美国两百多年的来龙去脉，对美国当代史有所了解。
索金证明了他仍然是一位一流的编剧，但并不是一位优秀的导演。法庭戏确实是全片的亮点，但叙事结构处理得相当糟糕，例如示威情节的穿插，电影感觉头重脚轻，角色塑造也不到位，想表达的东西没有办法全部塞进一部电影里，所以每一个角色都显得有点空洞，没有办法得到展开。
看的同时想参与他们的活动…头一次觉的游行这么有价值

本来就是场荒唐的审判，大篇幅的法庭戏一点也不枯燥，金句频出，很燃。对萨莎·拜伦·科恩刮目相看，Abbie这个人物和他很像，看似玩世不恭，却活得很清醒。
