The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 我觉得正是因为一开始就知道了凶手是谁 才更突显女主的恐惧与绝望吧 这类型的剧就是所谓“煤气灯效应” 总能把女主变疯子
文本很老气，女导演要表达的女性困境一开始就已经说清但在随后一个小时里并没有更多的深入以至于整个故事都缺乏变化和惊喜，倒是选角很合适，麦卡很适合演这种身处困境中的孤独女性，而戈曼就很适合演寡言的变态
如果没有新闻、没有与邻居谈心，恐怕最后也没有反转，直接被割头了……女主老公在晚宴的玩笑侮辱太可怕，不懂得相互理解如何走下去
从一个女性受害者的视角切入，将还没受害前的惊恐害怕，没人相信自己的绝望，面对变态的无力感刻画的淋漓尽致，这也是为什么最后的枪响虽然俗套却让人如释重负。 不过整个剧情还是太薄，作为一部电影并没有很好的撑满一个半小时。

AMC double feature. Saw the supermarket bit a few days ago & thought it was cringe. Didn’t have high hopes for today but I was pleasantly surprised. Some parts really got me. Some really thoughtful shots & editing. Not familiar w the original might dig it up & take a look.

异乡的身份认同和恐惧，莫名想到了波兰斯基的《怪房客》(甚至那段买烟的桥段很有可能致敬了怪房客），又融入了时下流行的性骚扰和恐男主题，可惜此片文本和镜头表达都有限，结果沦为彻头彻尾的悬疑小品。当然打光和氛围营造不错，结尾的处理也挺出乎意料。三星半

反映女性困境（被性骚扰、跟踪、偷窥）近年来也比较多。这部值得一看
整体不如“偷窥者”好看，太拖沓啦，也就是铺垫过长，也只有女主的颜值支撑着，最后20分钟的反转还行，就是女主这样还能站起来开枪就有点离地，不过气氛营造尚算不错，没有太大bug，及格以上还是能有~
