The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 一個看了開頭就能知道結尾的口水故事，一切都在意料之中。
上午看新版，下午看原版，新版在布景方面做得很超现实，故事、歌曲、舞蹈等保留了许多原版的痕迹，但在叙述层面我认为远不如原版。Anita和原版的风格不大一样，之前单看America片段觉得演员表演不如原版生动活泼，但完整看完全片觉得这和新版更为独立的角色性格是匹配的。很喜欢新版对药店主人的改动，是影片一抹模糊的温柔底色。
四星，私心给男主再加一星。其实是个很好的主题，但是剧情太没有悬念，太平铺。【在 netflix 猜你喜欢里看到这片，看了之后刷 ins，又被推了男主的 ins 号，大数据全面掌握我的娱乐生活。。。
故事线老套，然后群演肯定是不错的。
古典爱情故事太令人吃不消了，即使我带着歌舞片滤镜来看也不能忽略剧情的离谱和过时。女主的美声高音有点刺耳总让人觉得她跟其他人不在同一部剧里，Anita过于耀眼，三颗星全给街头热舞的那段高光，果不其然一看演员表竟然是汉密尔顿的ensemble，舞台剧演员跟普通演员在歌舞片里比起来真是降维打击
两个主角烂到我边看边骂斯皮尔伯格晚节不保的程度
华丽流畅的调度，在颁奖季实属横向碾压，但是《罗密欧与朱丽叶》的故事，一旦拿掉古典背景之后，总觉得过于老套，爱情至上的观念在今时今日的市场中，显得水土不服。

Unlike Bruce Lee’s martial arts, actors fail to express themselves truly through body movements or singing, although Spielberg's mise-en-scene nails it, the 2021 version of WSS is far from a good remake. Still love it for speaking up for the minorities.

“要打去练舞室打”moment come true!!! 斗舞clip莫多莫多。花样百出的布景、眼花缭乱的运镜、应接不暇的走位、行云流水的调度，配上莫名其妙的剧情。如此平庸的故事，实在是杀鸡焉用牛刀。
调度和摄影太棒了！好几年了终于不看合家欢了我有点快乐。但emm美国主旋律价值观……？

美国古惑仔的歌舞片糅合了现今最受人唾弃的爱情主线，但都很失败。几乎人人在说史皮堡高超的调度，可能这是唯一的亮点，展现了黄金时代好莱坞的影子。
影片文本改编于《罗密欧与朱丽叶》，然而故事却很难让人喜欢起来，尤其是女主角玛丽亚被爱蒙蔽，错把昏聩当纯情，极易让观众引起不适。
没看过舞台剧和61版，但这个版本的歌舞已经足够出色了
虎胆龙威确实不是圣诞电影，不单真爱至上不同意，大开眼戒可能都会表示不服。
场面调度和摄影都很喜欢，音乐结合舞蹈也十分精彩，只是故事的逻辑多少难以接受，没有代入感。
2021了居然还是有这么俗套的爱情片，有asian face但是和asian没有一毛钱关系，可以当下饭菜看一下，
其实我不太能理解，斯皮尔伯格的公司剧本选择起码有几十个，怎么就选出这个来拍了。
歌舞拍的是不错，但这故事实在是太过狗血，欣赏不来，难道文化差异？
