During the US Civil War, Union POWs escape in a balloon and end up stranded on a South Pacific island, inhabited by giant plants and animals. In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. 【2022Movie02】麦克白的悲剧（2021）。莎士比亚的戏剧一直想看却没有看，从这部电影来看还是挺有趣的。⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
麦克白的悲剧，重点放在“悲剧”二字上。基本上在黑白光影中将暗处的悲剧呈现出来，阴暗是绝对的黑，偶尔侧身时似乎还有光。大段大段体现矛盾心理的台词，给眼睛“窒息”感，很精彩、很累。极简黑白风又像杂志插画，略显刻意了。
舞台剧即视感，女巫造型满分，大段的台词看起来有些吃力，摄影特别讲究。
土掉牙的剧情 不过摄影 光影 布景确实是打到你服 整体风格相当冷峻 加上黑白画幅让我想起1948年的王子复仇记/以及演员的台词功底相当扎实 特别是弗兰西斯/对白的也借莎翁之力 相当“醇厚” 不过这也导致长时间聚焦在字幕上而忽略了演员的演绎/是稍微有点哲学味道在里面的：结果对行为产生影响 而行为又导致了结果 我们的欲望 我们的野心所产生的结果或后果到底是不是“命运叫我们这么做”的 难怪米兰昆德拉说历史就是一个玩笑

删繁就简，打造了神秘的史诗，黑白影像展现了光影艺术。丹泽尔与科恩嫂都不错，唯独故事弱了点。
《麦克黑的悲剧》讲了什么？话语权威的篡夺者注定被群体意志砍头，表面上选角试图在矫正种族歧视，实则恶意满满。
科恩兄弟掰了之后老大个人的第一部，德国表现主义的视觉构成仍然承载着黑色电影的内核。取景之逼仄，近身肉搏的高超调度，给人近在眼前的舞台感。女巫太强大，技压群芳，过目不忘。反倒是饰演麦克白夫妇的两个老戏骨自信得过了头，与沉溺于疯狂偏执之中的角色略微不合。乔尔牛逼！
这摄影！绝了！今年摄影天花板吧！台词听着太费劲，但它美啊！
太一般了，一直在用全景卖弄陈旧的黑白建筑摄影美学和用特写夸示演技之间疲劳地切换，选角亦不出彩，有黑泽明、威尔斯和贝拉·塔尔等版本在先，科恩出一部这样的新版实无必要

瞠目结舌的视听体验，简直是奥逊威尔斯还魂。表现主义的光影，沉重苍凉的史诗。科恩这次单飞同台竞技胜过了黑泽明和波兰斯基，华盛顿也强过三船敏郎。
巧的是弗朗西斯·麦克多蒙德在《无依之地》中念了一段麦克白的对白，这下直接演了麦克白的王后。
略失望吧，预告骗了属于是……影像上有一些惊艳时刻，声音设计也有点意思，但总体比较乏善可陈，观看过程一度感到无聊，究其原因可能是它在文本和形式上都无甚新意，风格化就只是为了风格化而存在，遑论像《灯塔》那样做到二者的自洽和互相支持。像有的评论说的，在《蜘蛛巢城》之后，再做这种改编可能已无必要了。B

不知道这是看的第几个版本的Macbeth了，不是最好的，也不是最差的，但算的上three witches的舞美、造型和表现手法能让我记住的版本了，lady macbeth略失望，Duncan 差点味，其余过得去。Joel Coen辛苦了~
在舞台上固定的布景在影片中随机位可以产生无穷光影变化，在舞台上是减法的极简风格在电影中可能变成加法。画幅，构图，光影和线条的形式美感冲击和新奇的效果分散了对人物的关注，让莎翁文采也显得冗长乏味。女巫第一次出现和预言的动作造型印象深刻。
第一次看麦克白，确实是精彩的戏剧，不愧是莎翁。翻译应该很幸苦吧，全是古英语而且辞藻华丽不说人话
