The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 同题材的作品不多，但拍得挺乏味的，更像个纪录片。
迪士尼的投机取巧都有了一个模板了，这种小孩子的题材能打造得这么浮夸和油腻也是一种本事了。歌曲和制作都不错，主演也很棒，但是这种虚假谄媚的励志鸡汤太恶俗了，没有任何好感
导演对电影的把控还不成熟，白白浪费了这么好的题材，放在好莱坞那就英雄主义爆棚了，特效加持，爽歪歪！
