The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 刻意浅显的隐喻，以及略显不公平的讲述，kk的表演也略浮夸。相较，我还挺想看讲卡米拉的电影的，会不会这么biased。如果要说戴妃是个悲剧人物的话，一定有更好的角度去拍吧……开头说此片是fable，有点配不上；厨房真的很美，那些铜锅呀！
至少在影片结局，她已经是在奔向自由的路上了。节奏缓慢，倒是与本片风格一致，不过好像也过于神经质，幻想部分过于夸张了。七分
除了能拼一把奥斯卡最佳服装，实在不知道有啥好夸的了…
并没有觉得斯图尔特表演用力过猛，她本身就是个比较多元，眼睛里有故事的演员，这段揣摩人物的表演经历应该也挺煎熬吧。虽然是传记题材，但我觉得大可以把这部片看成是具有普世价值的励志片。
甚至更想看一版Anne Boleyn的电影。

三星是因为服化道。观感挺失望的，用力过猛，苦大仇深，更显苍白。

Depressing and beautiful. I think Pablo Larraín is better with character-centric films that involve much more dynamism, like Ema. There's some parallel, of course, in his treatment of these two female characters' range of emotional experiences, but this one feels flat. The release at the end feels satisfying, despite its smallness.
