The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 故事和隐喻结合得不伦不类的，好好搞好一方面这部电影也不会太差，白浪费了这么精致的摄影和一些创意了。
又是借恐怖片来表达黑人议题，某些构图比较别致，但惊吓度非常一般，对着镜子喊五次candyman的作死套路过于老旧，种族问题造成的不公遗传在黑人的命运中，其内涵的尖锐隐喻变成故作高深的贩卖血浆，又一次借尸还魂～

Childish horror movie
环球+米高梅两大公司联合出品，电影史上少有！如此看中的题材，还是种族歧视。糖果人是受压迫的黑人的缩影。
其实这片是糖果人系列的续集，还是有很多前几部的场景
不太行，特效不错，恐怖片与种族歧视的噱头融合得很生硬。
虽然通篇没什么逻辑性，但是电影整体的调调我很喜欢👍🏻
用“蜂巢”喻指生存的集体境遇，都市传说是现实恐怖。导演在处理惊悚情节上点到为止，也是意不在此
如果是个短片也许会不错，没有情绪发酵沉淀，剧情高潮全靠血浆，矛盾冲突全靠种族。
隐喻的建构还是挺耐人寻味的
艺术审美非常惊人的恐怖片，创作上延续乔丹·皮尔《我们》的思维，新导演在色彩运用和摄影构图方面让影片完全区别于系列前作以及传统的幽灵虐杀片，血浆不少，但是血腥场面却又处理得很克制，很喜欢厕所那场，放在今年都能说是名场面。
这新版还是衔接老板的，最好看这部之前一定看老版，而且衔接的蛮好的。而且这部直接将种族的内核就如直接写在你面前那样，即使血浆流的更多，就冲淡了那种内心的恐惧，所以这部戏称为“糖果侠的诞生”不是没有道理。
本身就是对恐怖类型片的gentrification。那么如今这个高级住客有多高级呢？——竟然出现了两次【戴着耳机不知道周遭发生了什么】的桥段。
扯太多艺术上的事了明明就是披个外衣，有点尬，结尾更是突然，神神鬼鬼怎么就又变人为了，融合得有点僵硬。
本片传承自92版Candyman，当初的Candyman是白人圣母，本片的candyman是圣母搭救的婴儿，长大成人，继承成为Candyman。
政治味太浓 画面惊悚程度还不错 在朋友家四个人一起食用效果更佳
