The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 3-2 等不到电影院上映了，所以直接下载看了（结果后来导演又被cancel）。看完之后才后知后觉电影的余味，就真的是无依无靠到处流浪，年老力衰没有金钱，子女也在他们自己的世界里好好生活着。
年轻时是冇脚雀仔，年迈后入无依之地，所有的意义答案终究只在路上，足迹只可印在未来。
看了无依之地和骑士很能理解为什么漫威会看上赵婷，她的节奏很快逻辑又清楚，剧本充满感情但又克制，是那种市场会喜欢的文艺片导演。不过这片的范式很让我联想起拆弹部队，都是用刻板印象引入人物，经历一段洗礼和过去对视，让观众对人物改观，最后找回自己
当一个人同时失去了家人和家园时会体验到的孤独，公路旅途也是探索生命意义的路途，关于丧失与疗愈、羁绊与放手、关于生死。其实片中涉及的每一种问题和状态都让人不忍去触碰和细思，但导演不仅有勇气触碰，而且处理得极为克制，哀而不伤，灰凉中又有光亮。
真正的诗意，隐藏在老无所依的边缘之地，属于无所依遁的边缘之人。
善意，勇敢，真诚，认真地对待爱，执着地热爱自由，这是一个充满生命力的世界。不是对抗这个世界，而是生活在里面往前走，走自己的节奏。

孤寡老人探索生命归宿的公路之旅。比较平静的一部戏，讲述了人到晚年的女主，却失去家和伴侣，被迫以车为家独自流浪。感觉和香港的《浊水漂流》有些异曲同工之妙，同样是边缘阶层的“游牧族”，在无依无靠中熬着人生最后的时光，背负生存的尊严，思考着生命的归宿到底何去何从。
生命因奇遇而滚动
《无依之地》，如果没有潜在的感情线，追随自由和死去的丈夫的约定，就更像人一生的荒芜了。
