The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 一个小护理院面对初期新冠肆虐的无力，难得一部真实展现疫情一线的作品，类似于《索尔之子》近景别虚背景的拍法让中段的long nignt充满窒息感，导演和演员在表现这一段面对新冠病人时，慌乱又细心、无助又努力的矛盾拿捏相当准确。最后一幕跳脱出来没能延续前三分之二的出色，有些可惜。
有人权的地方一直揭露和反思，假装把人当回事儿的地方只爱着急歌颂。
那种说了99句我很关心你，你很重要，最后一句对不起我们做不到那种伪善的人（部门），令人无奈和气愤。什么时候我们能做到人人平等。
我们总要记录一些真实，而非一味地歌功颂德。
当那边还在看没有照顾到所有社会边缘群体的时候，这边却在遮住甚至大多数的疑问玩了命的夸自己是多么不可替代不可或缺
所有的宏大叙事与歌功颂德都比不上普通小人物的故事来得更有力。
算了，你也不能指望国内能拍出这样的作品，终究是任务型的一场歌颂罢了……
现实就是这样，歌功颂德的佛跳墙看多了，需要提神醒脑一下
演技真棒！吐槽政府不作为 ，相对来说我们的政府确实是要拍一个中国医生来歌颂一下了
