整个剧场版系列都有点过分，TV的合集版。这集正好夹在“那田蜘蛛山篇“和”无限列车篇”之间，整个剧情有个串连。往前推还剩最开始“兄妹的羁绊”，往后就要坐等更新了。整个故事架构完全出来了，正邪双方的主要人物也基本登场了，后续就是三个主角升级打怪的过程了。
好久没有这种边看电影，然后边哭一个小时的体验了。澎湃的悲伤过后，是一种奇异的幸福感，让我放松又满足。

从《无主之作》到《亚历山大广场》，德国导演似乎很喜欢拍摄这类长篇的电视电影。前半段眼花缭乱的技法活灵活现地勾画出30年代魏玛共和国时期的纸醉金迷氛围，令人赞不绝口。可惜后半段逐渐转向痴男怨女的爱情故事，恢弘的时代感坍缩成一个作家的悲剧，这种情节处理更接近文学作品的展示，在影像上没有太惊艳的突破。
