The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 前半段比较精彩，跟随调查员探索废土世界，后半段不知所云。
非常棒的定格动画，肉块状的血腥场面，表现的淋漓尽致，极强的视觉冲击，到了足以做噩梦的地步。
苦心孤诣多年打造一场视觉盛宴，作为定格动画做到这般丝滑真不容易。故事太迷幻了！人类自身的恶永远超乎想象。
废土朋克+定格动画+末日题材+光怪陆离的血腥场景，看得出想映射核爆、压迫、专制的现实意义，可惜的是画风太过恶心，引起生理不适，快进着看完的。
顶着部分画面所带来的略微的生理不适，我还是看完了。对于剧情和画面，我只能分别说，我看不懂，但我大受震撼。也许剧情在本片压根不重要，画面才是导演想让你关注的所在。猎奇至极。据说是历时30年才完成的，可敬可敬，但也确实难以称之为好看。

定格动画的布景能做到这种程度令人惊叹。前30min还像是线性的故事，随后就真得就是一个无比诡谲多变的梦魇，试图从中去理解具体的意义本身就反意义，如同做梦一样，感觉大于内容本身。

不知道制作者花了多少时间做出了这么一堆垃圾，真是可悲。

看懂是不可能了，但是这么好的定格动画和场景值得夸赞
