The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 开场半小时很眩晕，直到遇见了女主开始渐入佳境… 与其法比安与女主的爱情，妓院（男妓）老板娘对他的一往情深和他和母亲之间的感情更是感人至极。
全片的节奏太棒了 有一种德意志严肃版天使爱美丽的感觉 就是太长了
同时经历过一战战败和德国青年运动的法比安，面临着魏玛共和国逐渐高涨的民粹主义和经济衰败，书写着"活着只是侥幸，死亡才是必然"预告末日的来临。
