The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 利落工整，剧情常规，主要靠营造孤独与空寂，塑造紧张不相融的环境，也十分考验女主演技.
希区柯克式悬疑。很常规的拍摄，题材，设定。
结尾有点爱咋咋地，
那个老公真是又蠢又窝囊，最后一幕还没反应过来，像个傻子似的在那杵着，摊上这么个玩意真是够呛！
中规中矩的犯罪惊悚片。观看时的心理紧张感有点强。虽然影片增加了社会负能量——对他人的戒备，但好的一面是故事展示了很多“正确和错误的做法”。把错误做法反向操作，会对生存、生活有利一点。一个乐观积极自立自强的人，大概率不会有这种惊悚遭遇。
氛围营造的不错，而且越到后面越让人紧张，女主内心的绝望让观众感同身受，结局的反转既让观众松了口气，也让很多的疑惑得到了解答，整体不错，如果对凶手的动机做些合理的铺垫的话可能更紧凑和流畅吧……

紧张氛围烘托得不错，剧情太俗套了，属于用脚趾都能猜到的那种。
1.我也经常会看看对面每个窗户。。2.正常人会在感觉危险的时候单独去各种地方（特别是人少的地方）吗，不会，只有电影会。3.除了结尾，整部电影铺垫酝酿的节奏太慢了吧，就比较没劲
