剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     影片改编自真实事件，导演为这部电影查找了大量资料，包括看了大量相关书籍及2.1万页的庭审记录，而且还和当事人之一汤姆·海登进行了交流。这部电影可能很接近当年的审判过程，借古讽今嘛，从事实出发才能有理有据。拍摄这种多名被告且长达半年的庭审过程是很难的，难于取舍。这一点导演做的似乎不错，几个重点抓得很好。说讲审判就讲审判，甚至都没有展现抗议过程，就直接进入法庭戏了。在庭审中插入大量的抗议活动内容，其实更能让观众即时体会事发经过。剪辑很棒，对白密度很高，电影让观众一刻不得松懈，看完竟然有些累。说是“七君子”其实重点是三派五个人，在半年的庭审过程中他们也曾产生矛盾和相互质疑，虽然他们目的不一定相同，但勇气都是值得钦佩的。最后发言念名字时挺燃。还是挺精彩的一部电影。

    单纯来看，肯定算是网飞电影里水准比较强的电影，豪华卡司加上精湛演技，让全片看点十足。但是情感渲染上还是差了很多，在传记性的剧情片里算是比较一般的
