The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 算得上史上最不恐怖的恐怖片之一了，看完甚至觉得有点幼稚
还行，小演员表演出色，只是女教师追杀到矿井深处手刃妖灵连带斩草除根实在有点过了，好歹这怪也轻易杀了数条汉子，凭什么女主就套上了猎魔人buff？至于女主家庭暴力虐待这类背景都不用细究，当灵异鬼片看就行
除此之外，故事很老套，甚至毫无恐怖氛围，没啥亮点。
老师逃避了父权的压迫，回避了弟弟的遭遇，选择性的救助其他人
顺便一提这怪物长的挺像《巫师三》的鹿首精，已经出现人传人现象。
怪物还是体现的太少，女主后面和温迪戈对打感觉玩血源一样
剧情确实太套路和降智了 影评里有一段解读蛮有意思 女主和她哥哥结局的象征意义 一个是压抑下反抗父权 另一个是最终继承父权
（恐怖氛围和悬疑氛围都不好）
鋪墊特別好，將恐怖感慢慢滲入骨髓，氛圍搞得神秘陰冷，可惜還是逃不掉高開低走，女主的神勇和怪獸的戰力太草率，路人被秒主角永遠有光環。
很普通的怪物片，唯一精彩的就是血腥特效化妆和怪物的呈现了，其他死气沉沉没啥意思，5分。
女主既是负责的班主任也是女武神，小男主恨惹人怜
段子够讽刺但台词不好笑，用脏话当笑点是一种偷懒。
太弱智了白期待半年多了，勉强看完，中间数次想退出。
【2.5】各方面都太过时，核心的怪兽设计于我而言也无法满意。
小孩演技好，怪物設計很酷，男人都弱雞，女人有父權陰影所以可以開掛。
风格冷峻悠然，小演员表现很不错，对普通观众来说是既没有悬念BOSS战也不精彩的故事，但作为怪物类型片算中上水准。改编后的电影和原著小说几乎背道而驰，对比着看很有意思。
鹿角怪物与小男孩，这个概念时不时就会被搬上银幕，质量也是just so so .
好可惜啊，隐约觉得可以是一个小精品，不曾想最后还是浪费了这潮湿阴冷的怪诞小镇以及算是比较不错的怪物造型。
