The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 卯足了劲讲个故事，但终究做戏而已。太过于符号化，最终也就只留于形式。

不过，导演应该借鉴了很多日本剑戟片的拍摄和叙事风格，所以有些地方会感觉怪怪的。但已经很值得鼓励了，现在顶着武侠的烂片烂剧真的太多了，这样脚踏实地的网大已经算是小小的清流了。
谢苗很不错，最后那双眼，闪耀着嫉恶如仇的光芒！
路人的一杯酒就足以令侠客付出生命，普通人的公道也是公道，逃了为她也为自己。很美丽很传统很风骨的武侠故事，像小时候读过的随意一章武侠小故事，很简单但是好的。给魏老师打CALL.
简单直接，回归传统，剧本不用太深刻，做到干净利落，其实有谢苗足够的功夫支撑下，一部网大完全能出彩。只是在眼下的时刻谢苗如果没有一套能让所有人亮眼记得的东西，估计也就是这样了。
简约的武侠风，也算是独树一帜。这个世界上最贵的就是公道。
流畅不拖沓，看着不费劲，但也就仅止步于此了，动作戏还可以，但也称不上特别好。谢苗有侠气
谢苗在网大的动作片里，还是有份量的，这一部，之前的《辛弃疾》都不错。

2 目中无人，心有公道。目中无人者，瞎；心有公道者，侠。网大瞎侠，小成本精品武侠，动作和台词都挺干脆，不差。

服化道、音乐、美术、特效、镜头等等都貌似高级货，可惜仍然无法把烂大街的剧本、漏洞百出的细节包装到更高的层次，加上男主演的不济，整部电影不过是一本地摊上的《如来神掌》。
