The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 太美，拖沓得都这么美。最后竟然是《基督最后的诱惑》那样的寓言。die a knight or live a coward. 中世纪电影就应该拍成这样吧。
以皮兰德娄的身后骨灰为始发点，巨大的争议与巨大的荣耀都曾聚焦于这位作家身上，回溯那“恐怖、野蛮、挣扎的十年”，藉由魂归大海而达成漫长的告别；未完成的告别则不仅是皮兰德娄遗作——《钉子》化为影片第二部分，更是“To my brother”——保罗·塔维亚尼对哥哥的纪念，两部分的捏合通过一位作家和黑白/彩色的切换达到转承。

画面精美，摄影行云流水，构建的世界是美丽的，能夸的就这些了。影片徒有其表，内容空洞，基本上没什么有趣的东西。整个观影过程由于没有太大的情感上的共鸣，所以基本大多时候处于状况外。完全不及导演前作《鬼魅浮生》。

彩色部分将散落的美国符号自成文本(诺贝尔奖、香烟、美国往事)，离乡者在不可归去的欧洲幻景(母亲画像)中寄于女童身体的自我毁灭守候与重生。
重点在路上，让我想起中国的古代神话故事，第一个想到的是《倩女幽魂》，都是考验。
烂电影海报还做得挺漂亮，看完感觉没任何收获，男主全力送死最终成功被斩首……

视听享受，但这个享受并没有能带入到故事中，故事看得毫无趣味
剧情晦涩冗长，除了有特色的镜头语言可看，普通观众根本无观看必要。
还不错，有点以前《101斑点狗》的节奏，喜剧，后面也是遇到坏人要捉狗。结构虽然老，但是挺可爱的，带小孩看的童话电影，挺好的。
